SEM Specialist

We are looking for a SEM/Paid Search Specialist to research, implement, manage, and report on paid search campaigns for multiple accounts. This position will be located at our office in Toronto, ON


  • Monitor and manage multiple client campaigns as they relate to program goals and objectives
  • Proactively expand and improve ad campaigns based on client business needs
  • Provide ongoing analysis of paid search campaigns, visibility and traffic metrics
  • Conduct keyword research and additions to new and existing campaigns
  • Conduct ad-copy adjustment and testing according to best practice
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on campaign status to clients & account managers
  • Support account team on client calls with technical campaign information and strategy
  • Add insight to Analytics data, and field strategic and technical questions
  • Analyse web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate clients’ program performance


  • Minimum of three (3) years of paid search/SEM marketing experience (Agency experience a plus)
  • Deep experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics (certifications strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Bing Adcenter and facebook
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with PPC management platforms, such as Acquisio, Kenshoo, Media Optimizer, Marin, and/or DoubleClick a plus
  • Keyword research and experience estimating campaign size and budget
  • Detailed report creation for paid campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Strong analysis skills a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and cross-team environment
  • Knowledge of online marketing metrics

Senior PHP / Symfony2 Developer

We are looking for a senior web developer to join our PHP dev team in a full time permanent position. This person will be working exclusively on our core product which is built entirely in Symfony2 and Doctrine2.

We are currently looking for outgoing individuals who strive to provide superior customer satisfaction to automotive dealer accounts. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound phone and email support requests from clients and internal sales staff, providing resolution within a timely manner, conducting product demos and training


  • Responds to first level customer support phone calls and emails to provide customer service and resolution.
  • Resolves support issues in a prompt and efficient manner while escalating to sales team or technical team members when necessary.
  • Produce clear, efficient, and timely written logs of calls and emails into the appropriate case tracking system to manage requests and case issue, such as Sugar CRM
  • Identify and document recurring customer issues to determine standardized working solutions, to build on a knowledge-base.
  • Communicating with 3rd party companies and data partners to setup inventory data integrations (such as data imports and exports)
  • Responsible for administering and configuring new accounts via an internal administration tool, while communicating with partner companies or 3rd parties to retrieve necessary information and authorization for data integrations
  • Educate and train new and existing customer end-users on our CRM and on Content Management Systems such as DNN and WordPress
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding all products and systems
  • QA resolved cases that have been assigned to developers and designers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required (GED).
  • Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software and IT terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite of products

Nice to have:

    • Experience with case writing and ticketing systems such as Sugar CRM
    • Experience with RDP/screen sharing tools such as LogMeIn
    • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts
