- Go to V4 Inventory > Lead Generation
- Set Hide Payments Behind a Form to Yes
- Enter a caption for the CTA within CTA Text
- Set a CTA colour with CTA Background Colour (not mandatory)
- Set the CTA text colour with CTA Text Colour (not mandatory)
- Click Update
