When a form is successfully filled and submitted on your dealership website, customers receive an auto-response email from EDealer informing them it has been received and an agent will contact them shortly. Our newest update feature, as asked for by you, our dealers, can now deactivate this auto-response email!

How to Turn Off Auto-Responder Emails

To deactivate this feature, all you need to do is reach out to our support team and request such. This is a form on our back end, so thus is something our team can only address directly to turn off.
