Goodbye 2021… Hello 2022!
We take stock of the past year and look forward to new milestones.
As we roll right into Q1 of 2022, it’s time to take stock of the past and present. We’re excited to share EDealer’s accomplishments in the last year and give you a sneak peek of what we’re working on in 2022.
Our biggest accomplishment last year was going public. On Nov. 3rd, 2021, our parent company E INC began trading on the Toronto Exchange (TSX). The IPO closed on Nov. 10, 2021. This tremendous milestone for E INC allows us to build on our success, realize our full potential, and execute our strategic business objective: be the best digital auction (EBlock) and retailing platform (EDealer) in the world.
EDealer produced some outstanding KPIs in 2021. We exceeded our goals in developing clients’ websites, and we had a 17 percent improvement in ticket turnaround time, which has been a consistent upward trend for us over the years.
2021 Success by the numbers:
- 156% increase in website goals
- 89% increase in implementation goals
- 17% improvement in ticket turnaround time
This last figure is notable because it’s proof of our continued focus on customer service. EDealer remains one of the few tech companies that grows at an incredible rate while not just maintaining but improving our customer service. We strive to improve our service standards and every year we have the numbers to prove we’re only getting better at it.
2022: What to Expect
This year, EDealer is rolling out an all-new front-end inventory platform in tandem with an all-new inventory backend manager. We will be upgrading our dealer websites throughout the year. These upgrades offer increased stability, flexibility and speed, ensuring your visitors can easily access your digital retail solutions.
The improved front-end offers new capabilities, a wider selection of inventory themes, with many more configurations and a more modern style. Below are some screenshots to give you a sneak preview of what to expect. Click the thumbnails to enlarge for the full view.
For the back-end, merchandising capabilities are far more advanced and flexible compared to anything in the market today. There is an abundance of new bulk actions that will make back-end management a breeze. The new back-end supports unlimited inline fees and discounts per vehicle, as well as a lease and finance configurator. Mobile and web capabilities are now the same, meaning everything you can configure on your browser you will be able to do on your mobile device.
Last but not least, our backend manager for EDealer and EBlock will now be an integrated platform. For EDealer clients who have chosen EBlock as their virtual auction service, you can expect a seamless user experience across E INC products. We are excited to make it easier than ever for you to manage your business on the backend.
