We’re excited to announce a few enhancements to make managing your inventory easier!
◊ Ability to save filtered views
◊ Quickly archive, or change the status for multiple items
◊ Add stock photos of your vehicles
It is now possible to save a view with pre-defined filter criteria for your inventory, trade-ins, leads, appointments, tasks, and conversations. You can add as many saved filter views as you want, for quick and easy management of the items that matter the most.
To use this feature, open up the filters panel by clicking on the filters icon, and select the filters you want to apply. Click the blue “Save Filter” button, and enter a unique name in the modal. Click “Save”, and your filter is ready to use. To apply the saved filters, or switch between them, navigate to the “saved filters” section in the filters panel. You can delete filters if needed.
Bulk Actions in List View
We heard feedback that some of our customers prefer a more classic ‘list view” of their inventory and leads. While the detail view is our current default, your preference for the view will now be saved automatically, as long as you’re logged in and don’t change your browser or use incognito mode.
In list view, you also add, remove, and rearrange the columns you want to see to suit your needs. Combined with saved filters, we think this is pretty powerful!
Our newly added “Bulk Actions” are also accessible from the list view. Simply select one, some, or all items to enable the Bulk Actions button. From here, you can now change the status of the item or archive multiple items at once. You can also export the list of selected items. Be sure to review your list carefully before committing the bulk change, there is no undo action!
Add stock photos to your inventory
Another recent update is the addition of stock photos in the media manager. To get started, click on a vehicle that needs photos. To add stock photos, click on the media tab, click on “edit”, and then “add stock photos”. You’ll see that within the interface you can filter by trim and color, to narrow down the available stock options. Select the photos you’d like to use and click done.
In addition to re-arranging photos, you can also change the category of the photos. To use this feature, click on the photos you want to move, then select the right category in the new menu that appears. Click “Confirm” to make the change.
We want your feedback!
In addition to the enhancements described above, you might notice some more subtle improvements in the application as a whole. We’ve added more prominent tooltips to better explain some fields, made confirmation modals more intuitive, and made it easier to enter new data.
But we’re not done! We’re actively working on our new website platform and want to hear from you! If you have suggestions for the product, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any specific questions about your website, contact email@example.com.
